If you've recently purchased a new PC, perhaps one running Windows 10, you may be working at a higher screen resolution than you're used to. That's also a possibility if you've upgraded to a new monitor. Whatever the case, it's not uncommon to fire up your browser and find yourself wondering why all your favorite Web sites look a little bigger than before. This could be a resolution thing or a Windows-settings thing. Either way, you may prefer a different level of zoom. In Google Chrome, you may already know how to adjust page zoom.

Choose the smaller a to shrink the font, the larger A to increase it. This works in all the centers, reports, registers, TimeSheet, and other windows. (It doesn't yet work in the 'Form' windows like Invoice, though we increased the font size of those, too, if you are on the latest versions - currently R12).

I, too, am having challenges changing my font size. I'm running QBs 2016 for Mac, version V17.0.4.584 R05.1 - but when I check to see if there's a newer version available (especially considering you're saying it's up to R12), QBs tells me that version 'is currently the newest version available.' That being said, nowhere in my toolbar, nor in my 'customize toolbar' screens do I have the 'aA' size selector. It doesn't exist in any toolbar, nor can I drag it and add it in.
