Hello All, I just upgraded 2 of my PC's to Office 365 Business, which includes Outlook 2016, from Office 2010. I'm doing the local install and have an Exchange 2013 Server in house. Track changes wont disappear in word for mac 2011 full. I'm testing my own stuff before upgrading other PC's in the company. After the update, my current files and profile seems to load fine, just the online archive is missing. I also did another PC to verify this issue. I don't see any options to enable it. I ended up doing lots more research and ultimately had to call the sales line. So it seems that you need Office Pro Plus in order to get your in-place archives. I had to upgrade 10 users to Pro Plus, which meant that I had to order 10 new licenses and reduce my license count on the regular Office Pro by 10.

There is no direct upgrade path. Since these were all pre-paid for the year, I'm supposed to have a credit on my MS account, although I can't verify it in the portal anywhere. Sometimes I wish we had real alternatives to Microsoft software.
